Fast Food
Nowadays, fast food is the most favourite food among Malaysian youngsters.This is because youngsters don't need to waste their times and strength to prepare their food. They just pay some of their pocket money to buy this food then having this food. Most of Malaysian youngsters likes having fast food as their supper at night.They don't care that this food consists a lot of high fat and carbohydrate level. They just having their food without worry about their bodies. So that, their bodies will store a lot of fats by time to time.

Lack of exercise
In Malaysia, youngsters like spending their freetime to do their hobbies. Unfornunetely, most of their hobbies is bad to them especially playing video games and messaging with their friends by online. These hobbies not only don't give benefit to them, but also wasting youngsters' freetime to do exercise. Without exercise, they will obese slowly by time to time even don't having food that consists high fat level.

Instant Noodles
Because of youngsters' lazy attitude, instant noodles already become their daily meals because it is easy to prepare. But youngsters don't know that it is a dangerous food to them, especially cup noodles. This is because when having instant noodles in one time, not only don't digested completelty, but also stored inside body about a month. By time to time, youngsters will notice that they're obese without knowing this causes.

Stressful
By following time, youngsters already faced different type of problems, espeacially education problem. These problems can give them terrible effect, such as stress. Stress not only can cause youngsters in mentally, but also in phsyically. When stress is in body, it will causes one of hormones is released excess, that is cortisol which manages body's fat storage. Cortisol will increases youngsters'appetites to food, espeacially sugary or fatty food. With stress is increased, youngsters will have a lot of fatty or sugary food everyday.

Candies and Chocolates
Candies and chocolates are youngsters' favourite snacks. Although these snacks don't content high fat level, but high carbohydrate level. When carbohyadrate is digested in body, it can turned into a fat molecules. Candies and chocolates also content high sugar level which is can increase youngsters' appetites to sugary snacks. This will make them worse overtime.
