Have Dinner Before 8.00 p.m.

Nowadays, youngsters already have their dinner after 8.00 p.m., but this way will cause them to obese. When having dinner after 8.00 p.m., youngsters will feel that they still hungry and keep eating. This is because our appetites to food is more higher in night. If youngsters have their dinners before 8.00 a.m., it will prevent them from obesity.


Less Eat Fast Food

Everyone knows fast food will give disadvantage to youngsters. This is because fast food cosists high fats and carbohydrates level. And it can lets youngsters' appetites to fast food will increase. So, youngsters encouraged to less eat fast food.


Eating More Fruit

Eating more fruit is good to everybody. This is bacause fruit can help us to exerete toxic and harmful wastes out of our bodies. It will also lets fats in bodies burned. But many youngsters less eat fruit because they don't know this benefit. So, youngsters have to eat more fruit as their snacks.


Less Eat Outside Food

Many youngsters like to spend their money to have outside food. It is delicious but have a same factor with fast food that is cosisting high fats and carbohydrates level. Youngsters' appetites to outside food will increase by keeping eat it. It also causes youngsters obese. It is better that having homemade food than having outside food to youngsters.
